Requirements
The client's requirement was to create two comfortable private living quarters within their residence – one for their elderly mother and another for their adolescent son, with the option for potential rental opportunities in the future. To achieve this, two rooms from the existing house were redesigned into a cozy apartment for the mother, while an additional flat was constructed above to accommodate the son. Separate entrances and patios were necessary for both flats, ensuring private access and outdoor spaces.
